Cro' Nest began with a simple conviction: that the best moments in a day are the ones you don't rush. We opened our doors on Main Street with an espresso machine, a handful of chairs, and a commitment to do one thing exceptionally well.

By day, we pull shots from single-origin beans roasted locally, pour pour-overs that reveal the character of each harvest, and bake pastries from a recipe that has barely changed since day one. By night, the same space transforms — the warm lighting deepens, the menu shifts to craft cocktails and small plates, and the pace slows to something closer to a conversation.

We are neighbors first. Every person who walks through our door is someone we'd gladly share a table with. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, morning and evening.
